The Terms and Conditions set out below and our Privacy Policy together constitute the legal agreement between you and Humber Electrical Training relating to the provision of training courses.
Acceptance of booking and invoicing
Humber Electrical Training has the right to not accept a booking.
If a booking request is made using the Humber Electrical Training website, you will receive an email confirming we have received your booking request. All bookings are subject to availability.
A booking should only be deemed to be accepted when Humber Electrical Training issues an invoice in respect of the booking.
No invoice will be accepted or paid unless the work has been formally agreed in advance with Humber Electrical Training. All proposed works must be clearly detailed and approved prior to commencement, including a full description of the services to be provided, associated costs, and any relevant terms. Any work undertaken without prior agreement may be refused and will not be eligible for payment.
Course, course fee and payment
A 25% deposit of the total course cost is required before a reservation can be placed on the selected course and date requested.
The fee to attend a course must be paid in full 7 calendar days before the date of the course. 
Humber Electrical Training has the right to refuse an attendee entry if the course fee is not paid before the 7 calendar days specified.
Customers are responsible for ensuring they meet and understand all course entry requirements prior to enrolment. Failure to do so may result in additional fees, including administrative and/or rebooking charges, which are payable by the customer.
Candidates must complete the course/qualification within 2 years of registration. Any candidate failing to complete the qualification within the 2 year deadline will be required to enrol as a new candidate again and complete the full training course. Humber Electrical Training can defer a qualification only when the candidate has provided written evidence. 
Course Resources including Online Resources
Humber Electrical Training strictly forbid the sharing of any resources either hard copies or online resources with any third party, that been any individual not employed by Humber Electrical Training or any other candidates not enrolled on the same course (including start date) as that of the customer. 
Humber Electrical Training has the rights to change any passwords to the eLearning Zone on their website without any prior notice.  
The resources provided on the Humber Electrical Training eLearning Zone are only issued during the training period to the customer. 
Humber Electrical Training has the right not to re-issue new passwords to customers if it is believed they have not followed the protocol on sharing resources.
Humber Electrical Training take no responsibility in any access issues a customer may have in accessing resources from the website.
Cancellations
The customer must advise Humber Electrical Training of a cancellation in writing.
If a customer does not advise of a cancellation in writing before the date of the course presentation, the full course fee will be payable.
If a customer cancels a booking less than 14 calendar days before the date of the course,100% of the course fee will be payable.
Transfers
If a delegate can no longer attend a course date, they can nominate another person to attend the same course date in their place. This will incur no charge.
If a delegate can no longer attend, they can be transferred to the same course at a later date at no extra cost if they advise us 14 calendar days or more before the course date. 
Cancelled courses
Humber Electrical Training has the right to cancel a course after acceptance of nominations. In this event Humber Electrical Training will refund in full any course fees paid and Humber Electrical Training liability will be limited to the value of the course fees paid only.
In-house-Cancellations
If the client chooses to cancel an in-house course 7 calendar days or less before the course date – 50% of the agreed course fee is due, plus any non-refundable expenses or development costs already incurred by Humber Electrical Training.
If the client chooses to cancel an in-house course 30 calendar days or less before the course date – 25% of the agreed course fee is due, plus any non-refundable expenses or development costs already incurred by Humber Electrical Training.
If the client chooses to cancel an in-house course more than 30 calendar days before the course date – any non-refundable expenses or development costs already incurred by the presenter are due.
Consultancy, Training and/or Assessing (including IQA).
Any consultancy, training and/or assessing (including IQA) must be paid within 30 calendar days of the invoice date sent from Humber Electrical Training to the client. Any cancellation of works must be sent in writing from the client via email to info@humberelectricaltraining.co.uk at least 7 calendar days before the agreed start date of work.
